Yesterday, Pete and I were round Dave's house (after Dave had left and Kieran and Jamie had gone to work), and we always play around with the guitars and the synths in the studio when we're getting bored, so Pete picked up the acoustic and started playing some random chords, which I decided to just sing the lyrics to You And What Arny's 'Epidemic' over the top of. (The majority of the lyrics are rapped, so I just improvised a melody for it).

Scratch and Eamon said it sounded pretty awesome!

SO... we recorded it.

I've had an awesome week so far. On Monday, Eamon, Scratch, Jamie, Kieran and I spent the day in town, shopping, playing around in the town park, and drinking the BEST MILKSHAKES EVER. You pick any chocolate bar you want and they make you a milkshake out of it: amazing.

And Pete lent me The Manga Bible, haha. IT'S HUUUGE! Hurray for life, and good company.

First time I'd seen Mikey in over a year, I really missed him! And I finally met Ana in person, SHE'S SO AWESOME, I love her! She bought me some whiskey, haha. :D

I dyed my hair again yesterday. Something different. a pink block that fades to purple, then blue. When it fades I'm thinking about getting blue streaks done underneath. :)

The YAWA guys seem to like it, which is good!

Oh, and I almost forgot.. Kieran's birthday party in Kettering was so much fun! I made 4 new friends, and got exceedingly drunk for pretty much free because I got drinks bought for me all night. Niiiice. B-)

Jaegerbombs are the way forward. Going to the YAWA gig tomorrow in Kettering, as well.

And because I designed something for Kieran's guitar, he payed for my Enter Shikari ticket (which was really, really nice of him)! Yay! - Seeing them on october 13th with Jamie, Zak, Liv, Eamon and Kieran himself, I got their new album yesterday, and it's SO epic! Can't waiiiit. :)

Lately, I feel like I haven't been doing much art anymore. Here's 3 lots of old stuff from December last year that I don't think I'll finish properly, and something I started about 10 minutes ago:



The first 3 are vectors of my friend Mikey, Hayley Williams (wanted to peactice bright colours, so it made sense) and a pair of zebras. The bottom-right is a digital painting I just started of Natty and his sister. Well, just Natty at the moment, but yeah, haha. You can just about see the splodge that is meant to be his labret piercing. Part of our anniversary gift I think, since I'm broke after valentines and getting that train ticket to go see him again. :) At least it actually looks like him so far.

I got this off la_lunemoth, seems pretty fun in terms of getting to know people better. so I'm gonna make this entry, public, too, incase people wanna know more before they add me or whatever. :) 20 random facts about me that you may or may not already know:

1) I lovvve waiting for stuff to come in the mail and having it finally come. It's just strangely exciting!

2) I have an A level history exam tomorrow on 100 years of Russian dictatorships and it's not looking too good for me since I've forgotten most of it already.

3) When I was 14, I was in a wheelchair and ran over a total of 12 people's toes when they pissed me off. Heh. >:)

4) I know how to do a wheelie whilst in a wheelchair, hahaha. And I can do 360's, too. *Awesome*

5) When I was 3 years old, I was a tinsel angel in the school play. Check it:

(On a hilarious side note: for his school nativity play, my dad got to be the dead body of Jesus Christ).

6) My hands are unusually small. They have only grown about a few cm's since I was 6 and I'm 4 foot 8.

7) I met my boyfriend at a chiptune gig and we've been going out for 10 months today. :)

8) I have a freckle on my left little toe, right in the centre.

9) Two of my faveourite artists are Banksy and Takashi Murakami.

10) My faveourite places to shop are Camdan market in London and Shrewsbury.

11) I love making jewelery, sewing and baking.

12) I enjoy house parties WAY more than going out to a pub or club.

13) I study English Language purely because I find it really interesting and want to be able to make the most out of it!

14) I love strawberry flavoured things but don't like eating actual strawberries.

15) I still regularly buy child train tickets, even though I am 18 now.

16) I recently read that Marie-Antoinette had a servant who's only responsibility was to look after her 500+ pairs of shoes.

17) I only have 5 pairs of shoes that actually fit me because I am a UK size 1.

18) I like Battle Royale too much and my friends and I make a point to watch it whenever we are drunk together.

19) I cannot wait to get a job and become self sufficient.

20) But I could not live without my parents. Especially my mum. In fact, I like to think that I am the combined effort of everyone I have ever known.

So this is the overdue post with pictures from the weekend just gone that I spent in London. The drive there was cool, once we got into London itself the walls were covered with murals and artistic grafitti and on Friday I bought some new skinny jeans and some makeup from MAC. I didn't sleep too well on Friday night but the hotel was ok (and absolutely FULL of americans). On Saturday we went to Camden and I bought a pair of reebok bright purple hi-tops, then Joe and Lewis came all the way from Ipswich just to hang out with was really nice, it was good to finally meet them in person. I got hit on by a Chinese food stand lady who kept repeating 'cute cute tiny girl' at me, and some random guy who yelled 'I LIKE DEH SHORT GIRLS' in a heavy spanish accent at me in Covent Garden.

So then we went to China town which was AMAZING, but ironically full of Japanese stuff like pocky, which i bought wayyy too much of. And there was a candy store filled with Nintendo candy, like marios and gameboys and stuff, so cool.

We met Mikey about three hours late at trafalgur square, he hugged all three of us and swung me round a bit which was funny. Then we walked to St. James' park and did the photoshoot by the cool willowy trees, even though it started to rain I got a few good shots and we all got on really well, so it was a lot of fun.

We also nearly got kicked out of Harrods for not being posh enough, walked around, saw a street show, window shopped (I adore Camden market, and taking the tube was so scary but exciting, hah). So anyways, here's some photos that I could be bothered to upload before I got too bored:

We also met the Mayor of London and there's a load more photos, but I'll post those later, still very tired right now. Brighton on Thursday with Mikey, and Henry Homesweet apparently wants to go sight seeing too. :) I'm dyeing the pink back in my hair on wednesday night for a couple weeks while i'm off college, too.

so saturday was really good, I don't really wanna type it out in big paragraphs, so an insane amount of photos and captions'll do. :)

at 2am when we'd come back from the pub, me abi and ted sat upstairs eating pringles and talking till 4am, HARDCORE! none of us slept at all. then me and ted went with my mom to mcdonalds to go get hash browns and pancakes for everyone for breakfast (tasted SO good) and played on the wii.

lmao, my carpet is literally soaked in vodka and cider. gutted. :|

Today was ace. My ceramic piece isn't so bad anymore, and Milly is in my ILC class now, BUT BUT BUT Ty wrote a song for me. :) Ohmygod it's the best thing ever, everyone should download it right now.

He made Telford so proud. The lad that bought me coffee was on tv being praised with his band, by Calvin Harris. How cool is that! :) I'm in Dave's top friends. Dave spoke to Calvin Harris. ..I'M SO CLOSE TO FAME! ahaha.

So anyways, yesterday Vickie, Sophie Jodi and I went ice skating for Vickie's birthday (which is on tuesday). First time trying it, I got pulled, dragged, pushed along the ice, either clinging to the side or my mates for absolute dear life. At one point Vickie literally picked me up and carried me. I did manage to sorta skate by the end, whilst having only one hand held by someone else. :) It's an actual achievement for me considering my 'disability', and how uncomfortable the skates are for your ankles. Jeez! I fell over so many times flat on my arse so many times, and this lad kept looking at me the whole time. No joke! :| And I was laughing cause I was so bad and he was laughing too. Oh my god I felt like SUCHHH a dork.

Then we went up town and I saw that guy again. He waved and smiled a lot and said hi, so I did the same back; so embarrased! eheh.

Then Ryan noticed me and kinda ran over and said hi, so we hugged and he said something about going to Game, then we went opposite ways and a bit later he called me and asked me if I was still going round with the girls, then when I rang him back again he was on the bus home. :/ Oh well I guess.

Then meal at a restauraunt and wondering around wellington at a dark hour and when I woke up this morning every single muscle in my body hurt, and still does. :D
